John Higgins is an ambassador for the game of snooker. He says his conscience is "100% clear" following allegations of match fixing by the News of the World.
The paper in question has posted a largely edited video of John and his manager apparently negotiating to fix 4 frames. The video is corrupt and we should believe John and Pat when they say they feared for their own safety. It makes perfect sense that John & Pat 'played along' with this set-up in order to get out of the country.
We should trust John Higgins and support him.
